Sessions are weekly, and last for 50 minutes. Psychotherapy/counselling takes place on a one-to-one basis, in a private setting.

The consulting room is located on an upper floor, and is therefore not suitable for those unable to manage stairs.
No. I am only trained to work with adults, usually aged 18 and over.
Our first session will be an assessment session, to assess our suitability to work together. Further assessment sessions may be required.
If we decide to go ahead after the initial assessment session(s), we will then agree a contract of working which will outline the frequency of sessions (at least weekly), the time of the session, confidentiality, data protection, complaints procedure etc.
