Out of your vulnerability will come your strength
Before starting psychotherapy, it is important to have an assessment session to see how we feel about working together. It may be that a further assessment session is required.
In an assessment session, we will spend 50 minutes together. During this time, we will explore your personal difficulties and I will assess whether psychotherapy could be of help to you.
If we decide to go ahead after the initial assessment session(s), we will then agree a contract of working which will outline the frequency of sessions (at least weekly), the time of the session, confidentiality, data protection, complaints procedure etc.
All sessions, including assessment sessions, incur a fee of £63.00 payable via bank transfer prior to the session.
Supervision is charged at £63.00 per hour session.
